Deasbaireachd a' chleachdaiche:Maccoinnich~gdwiki
- Halló Maccoinnich! I do not know if you met GlobalWPSearch developed by de:Benutzer:Aka. With the "&minor=1"-option it searches articles with the same titlles in 50 Wikipedias based on latin type alphabest. So far gd: is not included. See GlobalWPSearch Alfred Nobel, GlobalWPSearch Mahatma Gandhi, GlobalWPSearch Wikipedia. I would be happy If you can start an article about Alfred Nobel and Mahatma Gandhi. Please make redirects if you use other titles.
- You can see a conflict at
GlobalWPSearch Paris, GlobalWPSearch RSS,GlobalWPSearch Odinetc. - GlobalWPSearch supports already gd:Template:Disambig and gd:Template:Interwikiconflict. See de:Bild Diskussion:Logo Begriffsklärung.png#Vorlagen - Templates. It is planed to support also gd:Template:Delete and gd:Template:Copyvio. Would be happy if you can create the missing templates or make a redirect to the proper titles. Thanks in advance.
- See more about my work at lv:User talk:Juzeris#Interwiki guidelines and sk:Komentár k redaktorovi:Palica#Support.
- User:Richie and User:RCBot would be happy to have gd:Template:NowCommons, see commons:Commons:Village pump#RCBot. If you create last template please insert it at Commons:User:Gangleri/sandbox/Template:NowCommons. Thanks in advance! Gangleri 15:37, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)
Translation
[deasaich an tùs]Could you please give me a hand in translating the following proverbs in to Gaelic? I could translate it word for word, but actually changing them so the correct grammar is used and the proverb makes sense is the challenge. Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
“Not all those who wonder are lost.”
“They who would be young when they are old, must be old when they are young.”
Thank You Again
- Sorry, my Gaelic really isn't that good. Chan eil e math idir! Maccoinnich 00:23, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Your account will be renamed
[deasaich an tùs]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Maccoinnich. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Maccoinnich~gdwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
