Fàilte an seo, Mel D'artagnan!

I saw your question [1] on Talla a' Bhaile.

For words that do not exist in Gaelic better use the english word. We have a lot of redirect in english that might lead to the proper name.

Irish names can be used for placenames in Ireland.

Maybe these links are usefull:

Sorry for answering in English, my French and Spanish is very weak. I wish you a pleasant stay around here, let me know if you need help. Le deagh dhùrachd --Sionnach 17:32, 19 an Gearran 2009 (UTC)

Looks like you are quite involved in languages and history, that's interesting. I' ve been learning Gàidhlig for a couple of years by now. Depending on how good you Gaelic is, why don't you add to Argentine or write about the place where you live or some other things you enjoy writing about..:-) Dùrachdan --Sionnach 17:37, 22 an Gearran 2009 (UTC)
For the dictionary: See the first three links I gave you; they are online, free and good. For the gaelic-english version just turn the version around to "Gàidhlig gu Beurla". If you want to buy, I would recomend Gaelic Books, they have everything related to the Gaelic Language, just tell them what you need. --Sionnach 18:49, 24 an Gearran 2009 (UTC)
